We are welcome who has over 15 years Mechanical Design, Drop simulation, Tooling review and Injection Parameter fine tune technology and skill to join us to develop car entertainment device. 1. Mechanical Design and follow up Tooling Design Review and Injection debug over 10 years experience. 2. Use English to communicate with English and German customer directly. If you can speak and read Germany will be much better. 3. Coordinate cross function team, customer, ID, EE, PL and NPI to make project success. 4. Our product need to pass Car safety Crash test and Head impact, stress or impact and crash simulation background is necessary 5. Travel to China and German are necessary for Spec. discussing and product MP. 6. Need to design Mechanical 3D and 2D drawing and analysis head impact and crash, then modify design, and real case test. And follow up tooling design review and injection fine tune to make Mechanical part MP smoothly. 7. Need to design test equipment and make the test plan to do real case crash and head impact test to compare simulation result. 8. Use CATIA to design product experience.
