業務/課程推廣人員的職責如下:
1.招生及推廣課程
2.開發市場且與網頁設計師共同設計網頁並推廣本補習班
3.了解每位學生對課程的滿意度及需求並且回答學生對課程疑問以及協助學生達成目標
4.協助補習班內行政事務包含應答來電、協助補習班課程排定及收取學費等
業務/課程推廣人員須具備以下資格:
1. 必須具備推銷能力(補習班經驗尤佳)
2. 個性友善及能與人溝通且人際關係良好
3. 英文能力佳，但非必要條件
4. 二年以上經驗
5. 具備基本電腦文書工能力如excel及word
6. 熟悉補習班作業程序
7. 上班日即時為佳，不超過四個月
工作時間
排班制，時段分別為10am-6pm 或 1pm-10pm，應徵者須配合排班
薪資
基本底薪為NT 19,000及每月獎金，依業務表現每月可支付高達 NT 60,000

Types of duties:
Sell and promote products
Prepare marketing plans and work with designers to produce new promotional material.
Ensure clients\' satisfaction, collect feedback and answer clients\' questions, make sure the students can reach their target.
Help with administrative routines, such as answering the phones and making appointments for students.
Arrange students\' and class schedules.
Check students\' tuition and prepare their bill.
Qualifications:
MUST BE ABLE TO SELL
Candidates should have a friendly and outgoing personality and be good with people.
Basic English is essential
Two years or more of sales experience,
Be familiar with office applications, such as Word and Excel.
Be familiar with cram schools and the products we offer
Must be free to start immediately, not in 4 months!
Working time:
Basically, there are two shifts; 10am to 6pm or 1pm to 10pm. Candidates must be able to rotate.
The base salary is $19 000 a month plus commissions, which should give you a total of between $19 000 to $60 000 a month.
